Fill out the form
- Pinpoint the type of issue as message subject. 
- Describe as accurately as possible the problem: which symptoms, when and how it took place. Explain the impact. Try to be as specific as possible. 
- Add pictures illustrating the issue. This will help understand better the problem you are facing. 
- If you have recorded the problem on video, upload your clip on your favourite cloud storage platform (e.g. Dropbox, Onedrive, Google Drive) and share the link with us.  
- Indicate a priority that reflects the level of resolution urgency.
