Initiation courses in Belgium
Never been on a Onewheel™? Here is your chance, we make the Onewheel™ experience a lot easier for you.
Thanks to our coaches and network of ambassadors in Belgium, we can offer introductory sessions open to anyone who wants to learn the basics of Onewheel™ riding. Introductory sessions are available from April to September or even October, depending on weather conditions and the availability of coaches.
Choose the formula that best suits your interests and level of experience. Introductory sessions are especially recommended for people new to the Onewheel™. This way they can learn the basics in complete safety from an experienced person who can reassure them and help them to progress quickly.
We have designed different types of session to suit everyone, whatever their starting level. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any specific needs. We will connect you to one of our coaches or one of our Onewheel ambassadors. They will be delighted to help you.

How does an introductory course work
Each session normally takes place as follows:
Safety briefing
We start with a short but important safety briefing.
Board presentation
The main characteristics of the board are presented.
Driving techniques
The different driving techniques are explained.

What type of clothing and equipment do I need?
The price of all lessons includes the rental of the Onewheel and a helmet (roller-skate or bicycle type). Knee pads, elbow pads and/or wrist guards can also be provided on request.
We advise you to bring your own bicycle or skateboard helmet if you have one. A helmet for skiing is also suitable. We do not recommend motorcycle or karting helmets as they are too heavy. We advise you to wear trousers to minimise the risk of scratches (should you fall off the board).
Although Onewheel riding is fairly safe, it is important to remain cautious and to prioritise safety. As the saying goes: better safe than sorry. So you should wear a helmet at all time. A full-face helmet is recommended if you plan to go riding off-road often.
