Initiation in group ride

• Initiation during a regular Flowwolf group ride 
• Duration of 1h30 - 2h
• Supervised ride with limited coaching

Important remarks: 

1. The price of the lesson includes the rental of the board and a helmet. Knee pads, elbow pads and/or wrist guards can be provided upon request.
   We advise to bring your own helmet (e.g. bicycle, skateboard, skiing) if you have one and to wear trousers to minimise the risk of road rash.
   
   
2. To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, all participants must know basic riding techniques before joining our group rides. This helps the group ride together smoothly, handle different road situations, and stay safe as a group.
   
   
3. If unsure about your skill level or group ride etiquette, consider a beginner session before joining one of our regular group ride.
