Every year on the last Sunday of the so-called "Mobility Week", the entire territory of the Brussels-Capital Region (the 19 Brussels municipalities, including the City of Brussels) will be closed to motor traffic from 9.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. This is called
Car-free Sunday.
The next Car-free sunday will take place on September 20, 2026. On this occasion, Brussels-Capital Region becomes Europe’s largest area closed to cars. It’s an opportunity to (re)discover the pleasure of walking, riding on a bike or scooter or on a Onewheel in a peaceful and pleasant city. And to get a taste for active mobility.
We invite our community to come and meet us! It's the ideal event to get together and ride in a very large group of likeminded people. This event is also an opportunity to discuss and share our experience, riding tips, new board developments, and so on. Be there and see directly how vibrant the Onewheel community is!
